Bob Lenney

Bob is a versatile environmental health and safety professional with expertise in environmental compliance, sustainability and operations. If your organization values environmental excellence, is in need of support in the areas of remediation and modernization of their sites, and desires to achieve strategic advantage by operationalizing your EHS culture, then Bob is ready to roll up his sleeves for you.

With decades of experience in operations and plant management as well as compliance and remediation, he is able to seamlessly integrate strong Environmental, Health, and Safety programs into the manufacturing process and daily management systems for maximum profitability.

As an EHS professional for top Fortune 500 manufacturing companies, Bob has managed all facets of compliance projects. He directed a 5-year, $37 million drudging project on the St. Lawrence river with a tremendous safety record. For a manufacturing start-up in an agricultural area that did not have a tendency towards safety, Bob developed a strong EHS program, where 98% of the industrial byproducts are being recycled. Additionally, he crafted a strategy to secure a difficult Preventative of Significant Deterioration permit from the EPA.

Over the past 30 years, when others have said it cannot be done, Bob has been able to find ways to solve complex problems.

Bob has deep technical competencies in the following areas:

  • Environmental Strategy

  • Compliance

  • Sustainability Reporting

  • Sustainability reputation questionnaires and customer surveys

  • Environmental Auditing

  • Permitting

When he is not working hard on behalf of his clients, Bob enjoys spending time with wife, Victoria, of 32 years and their 3 grown children, as well as biking, golfing, tennis and watching D1 Hockey.
