Dana Kessler is a seasoned labor relations consultant with more than 30 years experience in Human Resources and Crisis Communication for a global fortune 500 company. She achieved recognized wins in a major union contract settlement for her company. Additionally, she improved management flexibility in meeting economic parameters at another key plant. Time and again, she has met business targets including economic and language requirements.

 

 

After her successful handling of some of the toughest arbitration cases, Dana developed a 1-day training program for senior leadership to improve arbitration results that was implemented in three plants.
