With nearly 40 years experience in manufacturing, David Anderson has a unique skill of accurately identifying major operational issues in manufacturing and by working alongside the engineers and front-line team to translate that insight into solutions that maximize profitability by reducing inefficiencies.

In one particular instance, he developed a newly patented, much-needed part for a Fortune 500 company for one-third of the standard costs. While with that same company, he and his team installed more than 50 SQM systems through new installations and plant upgrades. Similarly, he applied his keen understanding of camera inspection systems to mitigate a significant quality control issue facing a mid-sized tire manufacturing company.

His clients appreciate his solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. The frontline teams and plant management benefit from his extensive knowledge and hands-on approach to training. He works with plant management to develop the most relevant training resources to mitigate safety risks and avoid unnecessary employee turnover.
