Kent provides the insights, coaching and expertise to ensure clients successfully pass audits and receive the necessary certifications to continue operating with optimal profitability.

He has developed quality systems from the ground up and implemented quality certifications that opened new opportunities for his company in the automotive industry. He possesses extensive metallurgical knowledge, specifically as it relates to aerospace products and processing, and his breadth of expertise includes casting, rolling and heat treatment.

When Kent is not facilitating improved quality work and coaching quality personnel on behalf of his clients, he loves spending time with his wife, Sheila, of 37 years, and their 7 grandchildren. Kent also volunteers with a local bicycle shop, mentoring innercity youth, and enjoys woodworking.
