Nancy Ten Eyck

With more than three decades of Quality Assurance, Customer Service and Material Engineering Management experience, Nancy Ten Eyck is well-versed in solving challenging manufacturing problems that drive ROI. With a strong focus on lean manufacturing and process improvement, she has netted a Fortune 500 manufacturing company millions of dollars in savings over the course of her
impressive career.

 

In her most recent manufacturing leadership role, Nancy reduced planned scrap losses by $20M two years in a row and unplanned scrap by 20%. Additionally, she successfully reduced customer claims by 50%. In addition to Nancy’s honed expertise in reducing product variability, improving productivity and quality systems and eliminating waste, she is an excellent developer of people. Over the course of her career, she has excelled at coaching quality and operational leaders in new roles, thereby minimizing costly errors to the organization. Colleagues have noted that she has a knack for hovering at a high strategic level over the business but is able to get into the details very quickly.
