As a results-driven and seasoned safety professional, Tracy leaves every manufacturing environment that she visits safer than when she walked in. Her passion for contractor safety has taken her from the plant floor to the board room.

With a specialization in lockout tag-out procedures, construction safety and mobile equipment, Tracy excels at training the frontline workforce and instilling a focus on safety that long outlasts her time on site.

In her more than 30 year career, she has implemented OSHA-compliance standards across multiple plants internationally, co-chared the vehicle safety committee for a major fortune 500 manufacturing firm and developed countless in-person and web-based training programs to significantly reduce workplace incidents.

When she is not passionately improving the safety conditions in her clients’ plants, Tracy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, 2 step sons and 4 grandkids. Together, they enjoy riding horses, hiking and camping.
